Can I adjust my order after it has been placed?
Once an order has been placed, the first shipment will typically not be able to be changed. However, you can contact customer support, or go to your account settings and select “Subscriptions.” Find the subscription you want to update, and select it. From there, you can manage the subscription details directly in your account. Save the changes to update your subscription.
How do I skip/resume a shipment?
Go to your account settings and select “Subscriptions.” Find the subscription you want to modify and click on the “Manage Subscription” option. From there, you can choose to “Skip” the next delivery, "Pause" the subscription, or “Resume” it if you’ve previously skipped. Follow the prompts to save your changes. For additional assistance, contact customer support.
How do I change the frequency of my subscription?

How do I cancel my subscription?
