Coffee

Due to the perishable nature of our coffee, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on any consumable items. However, if your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or if you experience any issues with your coffee, please contact us at support@beverlinhills.com and we’ll make it right.

Apparel & Merchandise

We accept returns on eligible apparel and merchandise within 30 days of the shipment date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • If the item contains tags, they must still be attached

  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the order shipment date

Return shipping fees apply and will be deducted from your refund.

Size Exchanges

We accept exchanges on eligible apparel within 30 days of the shipment date.

If your preferred size is unavailable for exchange, you may opt for a refund (minus the return shipping fee).

Additional Notes

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
