International Shipping Policy and FAQs

Are you shipping to my country?

At Beverlin Hills LLC, we’re committed to bringing our premium coffee and products to as many people as possible worldwide. We offer international shipping to a wide range of countries. To check if we ship to your location, simply select your country from the "Country/Region" dropdown menu at checkout.

Unfortunately, there are some countries where we are unable to ship due to local government policies (e.g., embargos, trade restrictions) or logistical challenges that prevent us from securely and reliably delivering our products. Additionally, shipping availability may be affected by unforeseen force majeure events, such as natural disasters, global supply chain disruptions, political instability, or pandemics. In these cases, we will do our best to keep you informed of any shipping delays or restrictions.

How much do I pay for international shipping?

Shipping costs vary based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method (Express or Standard). At Beverlin Hills, we believe in 100% pricing transparency. Our International Express and International Standard shipping options are DDP (Delivery Duties Paid), meaning your total cost at checkout includes shipping, duties, and taxes upfront—so there are no surprise fees upon delivery. For the most accurate shipping cost, simply proceed to checkout, where all rates and fees will be displayed.

What shipping service levels do you offer?

Beverlin Hills LLC offers both Express and Standard shipping services, with coverage across multiple international destinations. In some remote areas, Express shipping may be the only available option due to limited carrier access, but this is rare.

Express shipments typically take 4-7 business days to arrive. Standard shipments typically take 8-16 business days to arrive. Note that this time range does not take into account delivery delays due to customs clearance, extreme weather, or force majeure events.

Why do I pay duties and taxes?

Duties and taxes are collected by a country’s customs authorities on imports (and sometimes exports) based on the value and category of goods. These charges are mandatory and must be paid, either by the shipper or, more commonly, by the customer/recipient. Several factors determine the amount of duties and taxes, including:

  • Product value – Higher-value goods often incur higher duties.
  • Product category – Different items may have different tariff rates.
  • Trade agreements – Some countries have reduced or waived duties for certain imports.
  • Customs regulations – Some countries have a de minimis threshold, meaning no duties apply for orders below a certain value.

In addition to duties, many governments impose import taxes, which are typically calculated as a percentage of the product’s value. For example, Canadian provinces may apply GST (Goods & Services Tax), HST (Harmonized Sales Tax), or RST (Retail Sales Tax).

These charges are set by each country’s customs authority and are not controlled by Beverlin Hills LLC. To avoid unexpected costs, we utilize DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) shipping for our international shipments, so all fees are covered upfront at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Beverlin Hills LLC provides you with a tracking number and link when your order is being fulfilled. You can track the status of your order through this tracking number and link as soon as your items have been picked up from the warehouse and scanned by the carrier, further updates are posted as your parcel is in transit and ultimately delivered to you. 

What if my order becomes stuck in customs?

Most DDP shipments clear customs without delays, as these are handled within our managed service network when selecting either International Standard or International Express shipping. However, customs authorities may occasionally conduct formal clearance reviews, requiring additional information before approving the shipment for final delivery. If this happens, we will notify you and guide you through any necessary steps to expedite the process. Customs clearance times vary by country and workload, and some reviews take just a few hours, while others may take several days or even weeks. While we do our best to minimize delays, customs processing is ultimately determined by local authorities.If you have concerns about a delayed shipment, please contact our support team, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Can I change the order address once the item has been shipped?

Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

International Coffee Import Regulations

Import regulations for coffee vary by country, with some nations imposing restrictions or quantity limits for personal shipments. Please review the guidelines below before placing an international order.

Countries Where Coffee Imports Are Prohibited:

We are unable to ship coffee to the following countries due to government regulations:

  • Comoros
  • Cuba
  • Dominica
  • Ivory Coast
  • Libya

Countries with Quantity Limits:

Some countries allow coffee imports but impose quantity restrictions:

  • Up to 500g per shipment: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, French Polynesia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

  • Up to 1,000g per shipment: Andorra, Turkey.

  • Up to 3,000g per shipment: Vietnam.

Countries Without Specific Restrictions:

  • Canada: No specific restrictions on coffee imports for personal use.
